Ti- Tree Family Doctors are open to serve our community with all their healthcare requirements.

  • Telehealth consultations have been extended by Medicare from 1/10/20 to 31/3/21 for existing patients of Ti Tree Family Doctors.
  • New patients are not eligible for telehealth and will be directed to make a face to face consultation at our practice.
  • We encourage face to face consultations in order to provide the most comprehensive service and medical care.
  • We will continue to offer brief bulk billed telehealth calls to provide simple repeat prescription requests, renewal of referrals and to provide results only if appropriate.
  • All consultations will be privately charged at our standard fees with a Medicare rebate applicable whether the consultation is via telehealth or in clinic.
  • Our staff will contact you same day to arrange payment for your telehealth consultation and can arrange for the Medicare rebate to be deposited to your nominated account.
  • Telehealth consultations may not be available with all doctors, please speak with our friendly reception staff and they will advise.
  • All patients are screened for symptoms of upper respiratory infections and only accepted for a Face 2 Face consultation if they are symptom free.
  • Fever Clinic - if you have any symptoms of an upper respiratory infection such as sore throat, runny nose, cough or fever, you will be offered an appointment at our Fever Clinic. The Fever Clinic has a separate entrance and dedicated staff wearing full PPE. You will be asked to wait in your car and called when it is your turn to be seen. Any appropriate testing can be done at this clinic.
  • You will see all staff wearing protective items including gowns and masks. While we appreciate this may be confronting for some, you will receive the same kindness and care you would expect from our staff members. This is for their safety and yours.
  • We are using strict distancing and complying with government protocols regarding COVID-19.

If you have symptoms of fever, cough, runny nose or sore throat - THEN PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THE CLINIC – call reception on 9787 8033 and let our staff know. We will direct you to our alternative entrance and specialist consulting room for assessment and testing as appropriate.
