Ti- Tree Family Doctors are open to serve our community with all their healthcare requirements.

For the protection of our patients, staff and doctors, we have made some key changes effective immediately:

Updated consulting hours as follows:

  • Monday – Friday 8.30am – 6pm
  • Saturday 9am – 4pm
  • Sunday 11am – 3pm

It is important not to neglect your health during this crisis – we are still able to manage blood pressure, diabetes and your other health issues during this time.

Ti-Tree Family Doctors is able to provide several different appointments for you during the Coronavirus pandemic.

  • Face 2 Face - the traditional consultation. All patients are screened for symptoms of upper respiratory infections and only accepted for a Face 2 Face consultation if they are symptom free. This part of the clinic is fully cleaned twice daily and physical distancing measures are enforced to minimize the risk of any transmission of infections.
  • Fever Clinic - if you have any symptoms of an upper respiratory infection such as sore throat, runny nose, cough or fever, you will be offered an appointment at our Fever Clinic. The Fever Clinic has a separate entrance and dedicated staff wearing full PPE. You will be asked to wait in your car and called when it is your turn to be seen. Any appropriate testing can be done at this clinic.
  • Telephone or video consultation. During the pandemic, it may be more appropriate to provide medical advice via telephone or video rather than attending the clinic in person. This may be appropriate for repeat prescriptions, referrals, discussing results or general medical advice. The doctor may still request that you attend the clinic for a Face 2 Face consultation if it is medically indicated
  • You will see all staff wearing protective items including gowns and masks. While we appreciate this may be confronting for some, you will receive the same kindness and care you would expect from our staff members. This is for their safety and yours.
  • We are using strict distancing and complying with government protocols regarding COVID19

If you have symptoms of fever, cough, runny nose or sore throat - THEN PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THE CLINIC – call reception on 9787 8033 and let our staff know. We will direct you to our alternative entrance and specialist consulting room for assessment and testing as appropriate.
