Test Results

At Ti-Tree Family Doctors we try very hard to keep track of all test results, however, we cannot be sure that every test result comes back to the surgery.

Please follow up your test results with a phone call between 1.00am and 3.00pm weekdays, to the practice nurse or by appointment with your doctor. The nurse can be contacted during these times .

We put considerable effort into making sure you receive any abnormal results quickly. We will attempt to phone you. If it is not possible to contact you by phone, we will write to you. Please help us to contact you by ensuring the phone and address details we have for you at reception are up to date and correct. If you do not wish us to ring you at home please advise us.

Are you due for a check up?

• Is your PAP smear due?
• Do you need a mammogram?
• Is your cholesterol or blood pressure due for testing?

We have established recall and reminder systems for monitoring your care, however, even the best computer systems can fail.

If you feel you may have been overlooked, or are due for a test, please do not hesitate to question our practice nurse or your doctor.

This enables us to work together to achieve the best possible health for you and your family.
